Here at Cole Executive Hire we have a simple way of pricing our work.
We offer standard rates for journeys such as airport transfers or to/from major cities. However, should your request be more complex such as that of a social or sporting event, a wedding or maybe a tour somewhere, we would make a calculation based on the overall mileage and time involved.
Like most chauffeur companies, there are a few basic guidelines we follow, such as minimum fees, waiting time and parking charges etc., but be assured that when we quote a price it will include everything. We try hard not to confuse potential clients and will, wherever possible indicate in advance whether any other costs/taxes etc. could potentially be added to the final invoice.

Sample rates
- Airport Rate: Between Malmesbury – London Heathrow = £160 Approx.
- Based upon a round trip of approximately 180 miles &/or 4 hours.
- Tour Rate: Between £225 and £350 depending on the number of hours and/or destination involved.
- Additional costs maybe incurred should a client require a chauffeur to overnight on route or if they request the services of a fully-qualified ‘Blue Badge’ tour guide to accompany them throughout.
- Wedding Rate: Luxury modern-style car = £150 (this covers upto 3 hours). Bows/Ribbons = £25 extra per vehicle.
- Alternative vehicles and/or shuttle service requirements are available on application.
- Social & Sporting Events Rate = Between £300 and £500 depending on number of hours and/or destination involved.
