For an inbound flight, our chauffeur will monitor the flight progress throughout and then 'Meet & Greet' clients inside the terminal 30 minutes after the flight has landed. The chauffeur will be in the arrival hall holding a meeting board bearing the surname of the passenger, then assist with any luggage to the car park. All we ask from the client is that they notify us should they hear of any major delay or last minute cancellation. Here is a link to FlightAware, which provides live flight tracking:

We provide complimentary bottled mineral water on all journeys and, if requested in advance, a newspaper of your choice for all inbound flight arrivals to allow passengers to catch up on world news during the journey to their home or office.
Our quotes include all reasonable costs relating to car parking and waiting time whilst meeting inbound flights. This normally covers the first hour in most cases. No additional costs will be invoiced without the agreement of the client.
